Weekly Special: Tonkatsu Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich

We’re cooking up weekly special’s with Chef Yoyo, with this round featuring a Japanese inspired sandwich perfect for your lunch break, kicking you back into gear and smashing out your afternoon with a full belly. Sandwiched between two slices of golden toasted brioche, this sanga contains the glorious combo of Chicken Schnitzel with red cabbage coleslaw, tonkatsu sauce and kewpie mayo along with a side of French fries because what’s a Japanese toasted sandwich without it’s French sidekick. I say oui to that!
